Return Policy

Watches may only be returned to Cool Watch Co.,Limited if not corresponding to the order. 

Before placing the order, the customer is strongly recommended to double confirm the reference number, model, materials, size, colour, strap and buckles, etc. with the concierge. 

In the case of a return, please make sure to return the watch, box and paper, warranty card or certificate and any other additional items that were included in the package, in their original condition. In case of a differing condition from the point of selling when receiving at our office, the difference in value may be deducted from the refund amount.

In event of any disputes, Cool Watch Co.,Limited reserves the right of final decision.
